Terms and Conditions Booking Policy

Payments and Rescheduling

• All payments are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. A 20% rebooking fee will be assessed for the first instance. Any additional rebookings will result in the loss of your initial payment amount and you will be required to pay a new deposit.
• “Special” shoots may not be rescheduled and the funds cannot be used towards another service in the future. All deposits are non-refundable.
• The time you book is the time the session starts. You may not arrive early to use the studio to get dressed, do hair or makeup. For example, if you book a full day (8 hour shoot) at 1:00 PM, the shoot time begins at 1:00 PM. If there are any delays in the shoot start time on your behalf or anyone who is part of the shoot on your behalf (such as models running late or hair and makeup taking longer than expected), that time is not made up. This means that if the shoot time is 1:00 PM but your team is not ready to shoot until 3:00 PM, the shoot time (8 hours) does not start at 3:00 PM. It started at 1:00 PM.
• Revisions on any photos must be requested within 7 business days of you receiving the original edited photos.

Copyrights

• The photographer owns the copyright to all photos and videos taken during the session unless a copyright release form has been signed.
• The minimum fee for RAW footage of photos and/or video is $1500.
• You may purchase full copyrights to the photos and videos when booking your session as an add-on, or you may do so after the fact.
• If you do not purchase full copyrights, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photos and videos for personal use only.
• You may not use the photos and videos for commercial purposes without the photographer’s written permission.
• The photographer reserves the right to use the photos and videos for promotional purposes, such as on their website or in their portfolio.
